摘要
天生桥一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝高 178m ,面板面积 17.3万 m2 ,分三期进行浇筑 .面板垫层料坡面进行了平整、压实并用乳化沥青保护 .面板混凝土的配合比是通过大量对比试验确定的 ,二、三期面板混凝土的配合比还在一期面板的基础上进行了优化 .面板采用有轨滑模和无轨滑模进行施工 .为保证面板的质量 ,对砂石骨料、水泥、外加剂和坡面平整度、侧模安装质量及混凝土的塌落度等进行了严格的控制 .混凝土取样结果、面板裂缝检查及渗流观测结果都表明 ,面板的质量良好 .
The TSQ ⅠCFRD has a dam height of 178 m. Its deck area is 173 thousand m 2, and placed in 3 phases. The slope face of cushion was leveled, compacted and protected by asphalt emulsion. The mix proportion of deck concrete was defined by a lot of comparison experiments,and the mix proportions of phaseⅡ and phaseⅢ deck concrete were optimized based on that of PhaseⅠ. The deck was constructed by track slip form and slip form without track. To ensure the quality of the deck, the quality of sand gravel aggregate, cement, additives, leveling of slope face and erection of lateral forms, and the collapse degree were controlled strictly. The concrete sampling,check of deck crack and infiltration observation show that the quality of deck is good.
