主角式教学模式在妇科肿瘤临床实习中的探讨

目的探讨妇科肿瘤临床教学改革的新模式,加强理论与临床实践的融合,进一步提高临床教学质量。方法在妇科肿瘤临床实习教学中引入主角式教学法,由教师作为引导者,学生作为主角参与临床实习,倡导学生主动进行学习,以出科成绩和学生的评价作为该教学模式的考核体系。结果主角式教学法可明显提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,对临床综合能力的培养显著优于传统的教学方法。结论主角式教学法在妇科肿瘤临床教学中具有可行性,是临床教学改革的新方向。

Objective Exploring a new mode for gynaecologic tumor on clinical teaching reformation,strengthening the combination between theory and clinical practice,enhancing clinical teaching quantity. Methods Leading teaching methodology to gynaecologic tumor on clinical practice,teachers will be leader and students will take part in it as main roles,advocating students learning initiatively, evaluating from students and exam results become a verify system. Results Leading teaching methodology can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of studying obviously; and be superior to traditional teaching on training clinical comprehensive ability. Conclusion Leading teaching methodology is feasible in tumor clinical teaching and a new direction of clinical teaching reformation.
