摘要
温锻-冷锻联合成形技术充分发挥温锻和冷锻各自的优点,近年来发展迅速。为促进国内该行业的规范发展,参考相关国际技术规范并结合国内现状,建立了温锻-冷锻联合成形技术的工艺编制、工艺参数确定、锻件毛坯的准备和成形设备的选择等基本原则,制订了钢质温锻-冷锻联合成形锻件的原材料、温锻后冷锻前热处理要求、形状与尺寸要求、成形质量与力学性能要求、检测规则与验收方法,以及交付条件等通用技术条件。
Combined warm-cold forging process has developed rapidly in recent years since it maximizes the advantage of both warm forging and cold forging. Based on the related international technological specifications and current situation in China, technological design principles for combined warm-cold forging process, including the process planning, de- termination of process parameters, preparation of forging billet and selection of fomaing equipment were set up to stimulate the development of the industry. The general specifications of combined steel warm-cold forging parts, which consist of raw materials, requirements of heat treatments between warm and cold forging stages, geometric requirements, forming quality and mechanical properties, testing rules and methods, delivery of forging parts were also standardized.
