摘要
电火花线切割加工广泛应用于模具制造、航空航天等领域,对其精度要求一直较高。通过拐角中最常见的直角作为突破点,对拐角误差产生的原因进行了系统分析;通过试验对厚度不同的工件进行了直角切割误差的研究,并根据电火花线切割加工的特点,采取不同的解决方案获得相关试验数据,优化电火花线切割的加工路径,使拐角误差与加工效率达到理想效果,最终通过实验对优化后的参数进行验证。
WEDM is widely used in mold manufacturing, aerospace and other fields, which require the WEDM has a high assembling accuracy. This article makes the right angle-the most com- mon in corner the breakthrough point, analyzing the reasons systematically why corner deviation pro- duces. We analyze the corner deviation by cutting workpieces with different thickness, then take various measures to get experimental data at the basis of characteristics of WEDM and optimize the cutting route to get minimum deviation and best machining efficiency. In the last, verify the optimized param- eter through tests.
