摘要
宝钢股份炼铁厂1#495 m2烧结机在2011年11月份的年修中通过改进混合料斗及闸门、加长圆辊给料机、对铺底料闸门改型、采用九辊布料器及增设台车压密板等一系列措施,使得布料效果明显改善,实现了烧结机在长度、宽度方向的均匀烧结,烧结各项经济技术指标得到稳步提升。
In the annual repair in Nov of 2011 ,a series of measures were taken for No. 1 495 m^2 sinter machine of Ironmaking Plant of Baosteel Co., Ltd,including improving mixing hopper and gate,lengthening the roller feeder, modifying the hearth layer gate, adopting nine roller feeder and adding compaction plate for pallet., the feeding effect was improved remarkably,the uniform sintering in sinter machine length and width was realized, and all economic and technical indexes of sintering were improved steadily.
