摘要
针对宣钢两条链箅机-回转窑氧化球团生产线存在设计缺陷,设备故障率高,生产不能连续稳定,严重制约产量的问题,通过实施一系列改造和生产调整,收到了良好效果,保证了设备正常运行,满足了生产需要。
In view of design problems existing in two grate-kiln oxidized pellet production lines,such as high equipment failure rate, non-continuous stability of production, severe restriction of output etc, through a series of modifications and production adjustment,good effect was achieved, the normal operation of equipment was ensured and production needs were satisfied.
