LJS干法脱硫工艺对烧结烟气中微量重金属的脱除及其在后续利用中的迁移规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用实际运行的LJS干法脱硫工艺净化系统为测试平台,分析了LJS干法脱硫工艺对烧结机烟气中微量重金属的脱除效率。在分析干法脱硫副产物中微量重金属总含量的基础上,研究了副产物微量重金属的浸出性及由副产物制备的蒸压砖的微量重金属浸出性。研究表明:LJS干法脱硫工艺对烧结机原烟气中的微量重金属具有很好的脱除效率,脱除下来的微量重金属无明显迁移。制备的蒸压砖中微量重金属性质稳定,重金属浸出性浓度极低,无二次污染。 The LJS dry flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system in actual operation was used as a test platform,and the removal of traces of heavy metals from sintering flue gas with LJS dry flue gas desulphurization process was analyzed. Based on the analysis of total content of traces of heavy metals in by-product of dry FGD, the leaching behavior of small traces of heavy metal in by-product and that of small traces of heavy metal in autoclaved brick product prepared from by-product were studied. The result shows that LJS dry FGD process has a high removal efficiency of traces of heavy metals from sintering flue gas,and the removed traces of heavy metals show no obvious migration. The characteristics of small traces of heavy metals in prepared autoclaved bricks are stable, the leaching concentration of heavy metals is extremely low, and there is no secondary pollution.
