摘要
针对目前烧结烟气分段脱硫技术中存在的实际问题及烧结烟气中SO2的排放规律,研究了铁矿石烧结过程中,主要工艺参数(混合料水分、焦粉用量、生石灰用量及碱度)对烟气中SO2排放规律的影响。结果表明,烧结过程结束前,烟气中SO2含量将出现峰值,其峰值大小与烧结混合料水分及焦粉用量呈正相关,与生石灰用量及碱度呈负相关。
In view of the actual problems existing in sectional desulphurization technique of sintering flue gas and the SO2 emission rule of flue gas, the effect of main sintering process parameters (the moisture content of mixtures, coke breeze consumption,burnt lime dosage and basicity) on SO2 emission rule of flue gas in iron ore sintering process was studied. The result shows that,a peak value of SO2 content is observed in flue gas before the ending of sintering process, the peak value not only has positive correlation with the moisture content of sintering mixtures and the coke breeze consumption, but also has negative correlation with the burnt lime consumption and the basicity.
