球形波纹管胀管器的研制

Development of Global Bellows Expander

针对老产品运转不良、容易卡滞、耐磨性差等结构缺点,研制了球形波纹管胀管器。该胀管器主要由接头、球形滚轮体、滚轮轴和锁紧轴等组成。工作时,整个胀管器球体在钻杆的驱动下沿着轴线方向向前运动,球形滚轮体同时沿2条轴线做自转和公转运动;在扭矩足够时胀管器可将波纹管修整到合理圆度和表面平整度,其钢球部分既能保证滚轮体绕滚轮轴流畅转动,又能防止球形滚轮体脱落,保证井下安全施工。中原油田现场应用结果表明,球形胀管器结构简单可靠,密封和润滑效果好,改善了一线工人的劳动条件,消除了安全隐患,具有一定的推广应用价值。

The old products have such disadvantages as improper running, being easily subject to seizure and poor abrasiveness. Considering the problenrs, a new type of global bellows expander was developed. The expander mainly consists of joint, global roller, roller shaft and locking shaft. In operation the global expander, driven by the drillpipe, moves forward in the axial direction. The global roller rotates and revolves in two axial directions simultaneously. Under the proper torque condition the bellows can be dressed to proper roundness and surface smoothness. The steel ball of the expander can ensure the smooth rotation of roller around roller shaft and prevent global roller from falling off, so as to guarantee downhole operation safety. The field application in Zhongyuan Oilfield shows that the structure of global expander is simple and reliable and the effect of sealing and lubrication is desirable. The working conditions of workers have been improved and the hidden danger has been eliminated. The device is of some value for spread and application.
