摘要
鉴于常规裂缝导流仪无法有效开展如压裂充填防砂、防支撑剂回流和压裂液在裂缝条件下的破胶过程以及对导流能力的伤害等试验研究问题,研制了裂缝充填模拟试验装置。该装置通过铺置岩板和支撑剂,可以针对不同闭合压力、温度、流体、流速、射孔孔径和孔密,更加全面准确地模拟地层内裂缝前端和两侧壁面的流体渗流、地层砂侵入,支撑剂回流状况,基于出砂量、裂缝导流能力、裂缝缝宽变化或支撑剂回流量等测试结果,可全面地评价优化支撑剂的嵌入程度、防砂和防支撑剂回流效果及裂缝充填层的伤害等指标。该装置为水力压裂中各种参数的优化评价构建了一个合理而有效的平台。
The conventional fracture diversion apparatus fails to conduct such experimental investigations as fracture filling sand control, propping agent reflux prevention, gel breaking of fracture fluid in the fracture condition and its effect to the diversion capacity. Considering these problems, a kind of large-size test device of " fracture filling model" was developed. Through laying of rock plate and propping agent, a more comprehensive and accurate simulation of fluid seepage, formation sand invasion and propping agent reflux at the front and on both wall sides of the formation can be achieved according to different closure pressures, temperatures, fluids, flow velocities, perfo-ation diameters and densities. On the basis of testing results of sand production, fracture diversion capacity, fracture width change or propping agent reflux volume, a comprehensive evaluation of the indexes can be performed, such as the embedding degree of optimized propping agent, efficiency of sand control and propping agent reflux, and damage to the fracture filling layer. The development of the device provides a favorable platform for the evaluation of optimization of the parameters in hydraulic fracture.
