摘要
介绍在某烂尾楼的基础上重新规划建设新建筑的基础设计。新建筑与原建筑完全不同,为减少混凝土构件切割及运输量,尽量保留并利用旧基础,以节约造价及工期,基础设计难度很大。新基础受场地限制严重,设计时突破传统及规范的要求,比按常规设计约节省1500万元,并大大缩短了工期。该工程已竣工并投入正常使用,几年来的情况表明,建筑物变形稳定,地下室无开裂漏水现象,各方面性能正常,说明该设计科学合理。
This paper introduces the foundation design of re-projecting a new building on the basis of a rotten-tail building. In order to reduce the concrete elements cutting and carrying,retaining and using the former base to the greatest extent so as to save the cost and construction period, the foundation design has proved to be very hard since the new building and the former are quite different. The new foundation is severely limited by space availability,while the breakthrough of requirements on the tradition and standard has saved about ~ 15000000 compared with the conventional designs, which has also greatly reduced the construction period. This project has been completed and put into use properly. For years it has showed that this design is scientific and reasonable, for the stability of the building,also no cracking and leakage being found in the basement,as well as the proper performance in every field.
