硅溶胶改性羧甲基纤维素-聚丙烯酸对铅(Ⅱ)的吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用自由基聚合法使羧甲基纤维素与丙烯酸进行接枝共聚,硅溶胶改性后,应用于Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附研究.考察了原料配比p、H、溶液浓度、吸附时间对吸附性能的影响.结果表明:硅酸钠质量分数为6%、pH为6时,复合材料表现出最佳吸附性能;吸附时间为120 min时,最大吸附率为99.11%,吸附容量为9.92 mg/g. Grafted copolymerization of acrylic acid on carboxymethylcellulose,using ammonium peroxydisulfate as the intiator and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as the cross-linking agent and modified by silicic sol,was prepared from carboxymethylcellulose,acrylic acid and by the method of copolymerization and cross-linking,and applied to Pb(Ⅱ) absorbefacient.The results showed that the maximum of the adsorption rate was 99.11% and 9.92 mg/g for absorption value,when pH=6 and the mass fraction of sodium silicate was 6%,adsorbent period was 120 minutes and concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) was 100 mg/L.
