柳林泉岩溶地下水是吕梁地区离柳矿区的主要水源。随着社会经济的不断发展 ,岩溶地下水开发利用规模日益扩大 ,欲有效发挥岩溶地下水的最大效益 ,必须合理开发利用和保护。根据柳林泉岩溶地下水现状 ,就合理开发利用和保护岩溶地下水提出看法。

Liulin undergrond karst spring is the main water source in the Liliu mine area. Because of the economic development, utilization and exploration of the underground karst spring are increasing greatly; therefore,it is necessary to consider rational development and utilization and effective protection. Describes the present state of Liulin karst spring and puts forward some opinions about its development, utilization, and protection.
