实现淮河流域2000年水质目标的任务与措施

Target for Huaihe River Basin 2000 Water Quality and Measures

以 1998年为现状年 ,对《淮河流域水污染防治规划及“九五”计划》规定的 82个监督监测断面的水质现状进行了综合评价 ,并与 1994年水质状况进行了对比 ,反映了水质变化情况。将各站水质评价类别的水质浓度与规划目标进行及现状排污量与总量控制规划目标进行对比分析 ,反映河流水质和污染源治理相对应于《规划》目标的差距以及治理任务 ,讨论了实现目标应采取的措施。

The year 1998 taken as the base year,the present water quality is comprehensively assessed of 82 monitoring sections provided by《 Huaihe River Basin water pollution treatment plan 》and the ninth five year plan ,and compared with the 1994 water quality. Through comparison of the amount of discharged pollutants with the target of control the gap between present water quality and the target is found.The measures to reach the target are also proposed.
