Microscopic Character Identification of Semen Descurainiae and Its Adulterants

目的:鉴别葶苈子及其易混品。方法:采用微性状鉴别法。结果:葶苈子及其混伪品的光学微性状鉴别特征明显,便于区别,并提出北美独行菜种子与北葶苈子的光学微性状区别特征。结论:微性状鉴别法可准确区分葶苈子及其易混品。

Objective： To idenlify the Semen Descurainiae and its adulterants. Methods： Mieroscopic character identification was used. Results： The optical microscopie characters of Semen Descurainiae were obvious and eonvenient for identification. The optical mieroseopic eharacters of Lepidium tirginieum L. and Lepidium apetalum Willd. were represented. Conclusion： Microscopic character identification can identify Semen Descurainiae and its adullerants accurately.
