铁铝酸盐水泥在轻质墙板中应用的研究

摘要 铁铝酸盐水泥早强、快硬、微膨胀性及碱度低 ,使采用其为胶凝材料的轻质板材具有理想的微孔结构、生产周期短、轻质高强、不易干缩开裂和耐久性好的特点。采用特定的空压制泡、稳泡加气工艺 ,成泡率高、气泡细小、均匀、稳定 ,使墙板的保温、隔热等性能得到改善。介绍了空压制泡、稳泡加气工艺 ,微孔轻质板材的性能 ,阐述了铁铝酸盐水泥的特性及其对板材生产工艺和产品性能的影响。 Aluminoferrite cement possesses the features of high early strength,rapid hardening,micro-expansibility and low alkaline.The light panel made from this cement as the bending material has the characteristics of ideal microporous structure,short production cycle,light weight and high strength,hard to shrinkage and cracking during drying,and satisfactory durability.By means of using a special aerated technology of micropore-making and stabilizing with compressed air to get high microporosity,and fine,uniform-distributive and stable micropores,the thermal insulation property of the light panel may be improved.In the article,the aerated technology of micropore-making and stabilizing with compressed air and properties of the microporous light panel have been introduced,the influence of the aluminoferrite cement and its properties to the production technology and products properties of the panel have been described.
