摘要
通过对北京市 ,特别是市区范围内加油站建设的实况调查和规划管理实践总结 ,分析了近期形成加油站建设“过热”的原因 ,归纳了市区加油站规划布局的一些基本要素和规划管理的方式方法 。
This paper summarizes the survey and planning for gas stations in Beijing and analyses the reasons concerning the increase of the number of them, and also puts forward suggestions for the solution, which is referential for the administrations related.
