伴随着日本的经济发展和城市化进程，东京已发展成为人口、职能高度集中的大城市圈，并产生了大城市问题。东京大城市圈的形成、问题以及解决问题所采取的对策对正在迈向国际化大都市的首都北京和其他大城市的发展、规划具有重要的参考价值。本文力图通过对东京大城市圈在发展过程中所出现的主要问题以及产生问题的原因进行分析。

Along with the economic development and the urbanization progresses, Tokyo has become a megalopolis with highly concentrated populations and urban functions. This paper makes efforts to analysis the problems and its causation in the urban development process of Tokyo megalopolis. The issues. which should be attentive and its countermeasures. which should be taken in the development of megalopolis. are also discussed.
