摘要
以多异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇为主要原料,加以催化剂和发泡剂等助剂,制备了1种新型的聚氨酯灌浆材料。用制备的新型聚氨酯灌浆材料与某煤矿上现用的聚氨酯灌浆材料进行了对比实验。通过实验得出结论:自主研发的新型聚氨酯灌浆材料比某煤矿现用的聚氨酯灌浆固化时间短,材料密度大,抗压强度高,安全系数大。
A new polyurethane grouting material was prepared by polyisocyanate and polyether polyols as the main material,catalyst and blowing agent as the addition agent. Compared with a current polyurethane grouting material in one coal mine,a conclusion was drawn that the new polyurethane grouting material had many advantages such as short curing time,high density, high compressive strength and large safety coefficient.
