基层医院后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的体会和疗效

The effect of laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumor in primary hospital

目的探讨基层医院开展后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的疗效和经验。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2011年2月完成的10例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术,分析手术疗效,总结手术经验。结果所有手术均成功,无一例中转开放手术,无手术并发症。术后病理报告均为肾上腺皮质腺瘤。肿瘤平均直径大小2.8±2.3cm。随访3～24个月,所有患者临床症状均消失,CT复查未见肿瘤复发。结论基层医院根据自身情况开展后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术安全可靠,疗效确切,但要严格把握适应症、充分术前准备、循序渐进。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and experience of laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumor in primary hospital. Methods From January 2003 to February 2011, 10 cases of retroperi- toneal laparoseopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. The surgical efficacy were analyzed and the experience were summarized. Results All operations were successful, with no con- version to open surgery and no complications. Pathological results were all adrenal cortical adenoma. The average tumor diameter was 2.8 ± 2.3 cm. The clinical symptoms were all disappeared and no recurrence after 3-24 months follow-up. Conclusions Laparoscopic adrenalectomy is safe, reliable and effective in primary hospital, but the indications should be strictly controlled.
