摘要
目的:了解西藏卫生人力资源配置状况,为西藏将来制定合理的卫生人力资源配置标准提供依据。方法:利用官方统计和现场调查数据,对西藏2009年卫生人员数量、学历和专业情况进行分析。结果:西藏当前卫生人员数量不足,学历层次偏低,专业结构有待改善。结论:应加强西藏卫生人力资源的优化配置。
Objective: To find out the health human resource allocation status in Tibet and to provide basis for making local rational health human resource standards in the future. Methods: Analyzing the number, education level and major background of the health workers in Tibet in 2009, by drawing data from official statistics references and field survey. Results: There is currently not sufficient numher of health workers in Tibet. Their education level is relatively low and their major structure needs further improvement. Conclusions: The Tibet heahh human resource allocation should be strengthened.
