提出了一种新的一次静脉推注药物动力学数据处理的方法,该法原理和计算简单,无需编程,且能给出参数的准确结果。两种一次静脉推注药物动力学例子被用于计算,结果优于现有方法。

A simplified method of data treatment for phatmocokinetics of onetime intravenous infusion was presented in this paper, this method works with simple princiles and calculation, doesfft need program- ming, and can provided accurate results. 2 examples of onetime intravenous infusion pharmocokintics were used for calculation, and their results are better than those by existing methods.
