三甲医院护士生存质量分析

Analyst of Nurse Quality of Life in Class3A Hospital

目的:调查并分析三甲医院护理人员的生存质量。方法:使用WHOQOL-BREF对广东省中医院320名护理人员进行量表调查,回收有效量表300份,并将数据导入SPSS13.0进行数据库统计分析。结果:研究目标人群的生存质量总体呈较差趋势,且生存质量从生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域递减。结论:三甲医院护士生存质量不容乐观,应重视从各方面提高护士生存质量。

Objective： To investigate and analysis the quality of life in nurse of third level and grade a hos- pitals. Methods： Invetigate 320 nurses in Guangdong Province TCM Hospital using the WHOQOL-BREF. Recovery 300 effective scales, All values were entered into SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. Results： The quality of life in the target group is generally poorer prognosis, and the tendency is declining from physi- ological,mental,society to environmental domains. Conclusion： The quality of life in nurse of third level and grade A hospitals is not optimistic, we should improve the quality of life in nurse.
