摘要
对比了新型弹性丙烯酸涂料与市售的几种典型金属屋面用涂料的关键性能,结果表明:新型弹性丙烯酸涂料具有优异的耐腐蚀性能、表面保护作用、耐沾污性能、防水效果、较高的太阳光反射率以及优异的力学性能,能够满足美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)或我国建材行业标准要求;它的工程应用,对节能金属屋面的发展具有重要的意义。
A new elastomeric acrylic coating for metal roof is studied by comparison with several typical coatings for metal roof in the market. The test results show the new elastomeric acrylic coating with excellent mechanical property is corrosion resistant, stain resistant, waterproof, and low sunlight reflectivity and acts as an protective layer, can meet the requirement of ASTM and national building material industrial standards in China. The application of the coating in practice is of great importance for the development of energy saving metal roof.
