摘要
采用名义应力法来预测罐车的疲劳寿命。通过MATLAB模拟得到符合实际运行工况的A级路面的随机激励,将罐车的钢板弹簧和轮胎的刚度进行等效处理,并利用模态综合法,得出最大应力点的应力-时间曲线。根据材料的p-S-N曲线和米勒线性疲劳累积损伤理论,得出失效应力循环次数,并预测出整个罐车的疲劳寿命。
The nominal stress method is used to predict the fatigue life of a tanker in this paper.We obtained A-class road random excitation in realistic operating condition by establishing MATLAB procedure,finished equivalent processing for the stiffness of the tanker’s steel springs and tire,and obtained stress-time curve of the maximum stress point by modal synthesis method.According to the p-S-N curve of the material,considering Miller linear fatigue cumulative damage theory,the number of stress cycle was counted,and the fatigue life of the entire tanker was predicted.
