摘要
为实现运输车辆前后轴制动力合理分配,在车辆制动理论分析的基础上,建立了农用运输车基础液压制动仿真计算与优化的数学模型,结合YT132E农用运输车实际优化计算后,得到了制动力分配比、制动距离等重要参数,这种计算方法可以应用于同类双轴运输车辆的基础制动优化设计。
In order to realize proper distribution of brake force,the mathematic model of basic brake for simulation and optimization is built based on theoretical analysis.The distribution ratio and brake distance are obtained after practical calculation of agricultural vehicle.The method can be utilized in similar optimization design of same double-shaft farm transporters.
