摘要
半轴是压路机驱动桥的重要零件,由于承受转矩较大,工况比较恶劣,多发生断裂故障。根据对故障件的分析,经过理论计算、对比,对半轴材料的选用及热处理做出改进,并经过实际使用,证明改进是有效的,对以后设计类似零件具有一定参考价值。
Based on the analysis of fault part,the material selection and heat treatment for half shaft were improved through theoretical calculation and comparison.The practical use shows that the improvement is effective,and which can provide the certain reference value for designing the same object.
