劳动力市场制度与创新型国家——OECD成员国的经验与启示被引量：7

摘要 OECD成员国在创新方面成功的主要原因在于完善的劳动力市场制度。劳动力市场制度包括一系列保障劳动者社会经济权利的法律、制度和政策,是研发人力资本积累和企业加大研发投入的保障。当前我国劳动力市场供给结构发生重大转变,经济发展遭遇刘易斯转折点,更需要从加强劳动力市场立法,健全政府的间接干预机制和加大就业扶持等方面来加强劳动力市场制度建设。
