任何一个好的产品，只有正确使用才能发挥其最大效用。客车是动态运行的机械，不同的驾驶员其燃油消耗可相差10％，机械使用寿命的长短也非常悬殊，同一班线上的客车，有的离合器使用寿命达140万km，而也有客车1个月内2次（同一驾驶员）在上海市区发生离合器故障抛锚，可见驾驶员的操作至关重要。以下是3例因操作不当导致客车损坏的案例。
It is crystal clear that scientific operating style and measures would most likely perform as normal as possible the function of transport. In these two cases, the author analyzed the key reasons of accidents that were caused by wrong operation and damage of key parts of commercial vehicles, which were so helpful and reference to Chinese truck drivers.
