摘要
依据当前建设项目跟踪审计存在的一些问题,结合建设项目跟踪审计"服务"的新理念,就当前被审单位与审计单位的利益不平衡现象,从审计人员的视角分析审计思维转变的重要性,从被审单位和审计单位两个角度分析参与者共赢的具体方法。
Based on the existing problems in construction project tracking audit, combining with new ＂service＂ ideas, this paper points out the imbalance between the audited company and audit institutions , then analyzes the importance of thinking change from the auditor＇s perspective, and provides a win-win methods from the audited unit＇s and audit＇s perspective.
