The Construction of Modern Industrial System in the Dimensio of Scientific Development——Based on the Analysis of the Economic Zone on the Western Side of the Taiwan Straits

转变经济发展方式的一个重要内容是要构建资源节约、环境友好的产业载体,发展现代产业体系。现代产业体系是产业结构合理化与高度化的统一体。以海西区为例,建设现代产业体系对产业结构合理化、高度化都有相应较高要求。在此分析基础上提出构建、发展现代产业体系的政策建议。

An important element for transformation of the mode of economic development is to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly industrial carrier which is the modem industrial system.The modem industrial system is a unity of rationalization and sophistication of the industrial structure.The construction of the modem industrial system needs a correspondingly high requirements to rationalizing and sophisticating industrial structure.Based on the analysis of the Economic Zone on the western side of the Taiwan Straits, policies are advanced to promote the modem Industrial System.
