广西风电产业投融资策略选择

Financing Strategic on Wind Power Industry in Guangxi

在能源形势日趋严峻、传统能源日渐枯竭及环境污染日益严重的情况下,风力发电产业面临着重大的发展机遇,风电产业发展对资金需求迫切。广西作为风电产业的后起之秀,发展中出现的融资单一、产业政策支持不足等问题严重阻碍了风电产业的健康发展。文章从广西风电产业资金需求及融资方面入手,提出广西风电应逐步改变目前主要依靠商业贷款这种融资方式,并通过国内、国外及CDM进行多元化融资,降低融资成本;同时,也提出了促进广西风电产业发展的相关政策。

The wind power industry is facing significant opportunities under the severe energy situation of tradi- tional energy depletion and worsening environmental pollution. The development of wind power industry in Guangxi will have an urgent demand for funds at the beginning. There are some issues hindering the development of the wind power, such as single financing channel and lack of supporting policy. This paper studies the capital requirements and financing status, and proposes that the capital source of relying on commercial loans should be instead. The diversity of financial ways that instead of commercial loans can reduce cost. Moreover, the paper proposes some relevant policies to promote the development of wind power industry in Guangxi.
