摘要
文章提出一种新型的感应类测井仪器线圈系的机械结构设计,包括锥紧式承拉结构、玻璃钢外壳承压、线圈系附近直接安装信号调理电路等。文中分析为什么采用此种结构,采用此种结构的优点,此种设计如何克服高温高压以及抗拉结构等难题,为感应类测井仪器线圈系的结构设计提供参考。
This paper presents a kind of mechanical structure design for novel induction logging coil array,including the bearing pull structure of the taper locking,the casing pressure of fiber reinforced plastics,the signal conditioning circuit which is directly mounted around coil.This paper analyzes why adopts the structure,and what are the advantages of this design of adopting the structure,how to overcome the high temperature and high pressure and bearing tensile structure problem.This paper gives the advantages of the structure model,which can provide an useful reference for the structure design of induction logging coil array.
