摘要 近几年,对煤层气、页岩气开采已被各油田所广泛采用,但煤层、页岩含气量现场快速测量设备在我国还很少。通过调研国内外的部分解吸设备后,研制了一套较为快捷、方便的用于实验现场的设备。文章较为详细地介绍了设备的实验流程和设计特点,实现了经过智能控温、快速解吸、高速离心破碎等实验流程后残余气量的快速测量。 With the increasing of natural gas exploitation volume,storage of which is less and less,exploitation is more and more difficulty,the mining technology should continue to be improving.In recent years,exploitation of coal-bed gas and shale gas has been widely used in various fields,however,the measuring equipments which can measuring the coal, shale content rapidly are rare in our country.By researching of the partial desorption equipment at home and abroad,a set of relatively fast,convenient experimental equipments have been developed.The experimental flow and design features are introduced,and rapid determination of residual gas after the process of intelligent temperature control,quick desorption,high-speed centrifugal crushing have been achieved.
