摘要
幼儿园教师素质的高低在很大程度上决定了幼儿教育的质量。目前,厦门市幼儿园教师队伍存在数量不足,素质偏低,结构不合理,地位偏低,专业发展缺乏平台,工作压力大,身份不明,公办与民办园教师间同工不同权等问题。国家、地方政府、幼儿园、教师本人应共同努力,通过采取立法,建立专门的职称评审系列,增加编制,提高民办教师待遇,加大培养与培训力度等措施提高教师的素质,以期建立一支师德高尚、业务精良、结构合理的幼儿园教师队伍。
To a great extent, quality of pre - school education depends on quality of kindergarten teachers. But there are a lot of problems existed in kindergarten teaching staff in Xiamen currently, such as quantity insufficiency, low quality, unsuitable staff structure, low status, lack of development platform, stressful work, identity unknown, and unreasonable treatment between public and private kindergarten teachers. In order to improve teachers~ quality, and set up kindergarten staff with high morality, business skill, and reasonable structure finally, joint efforts including legislating, creating special title appraisal system, increasing teacher headcounts, improving benefits of private kindergarten teachers, and increasing staff training should be made by our country, local government, kindergarten, and teachers themselves.
