In recent years, the incidence of medical treatment dispute is tending to increase, and there are a few example of disputing cases due to the defect existing in the duplicating and safekeeping of medical record. The purpose of this article is looking up the problems and advising to strengthen the improvement in aspects such as performing inform obligation legally, standardizing the process of the duplicating and safekeeping of medical record and establishing platform account, so as to decreasing the incidence of medical treatment dispute in the duplicating and safekeeping of medical record.
