To eount up the medical record usage out of hospital from 2008 to 2010 , then make an analyze to explore the function of medical record and its problems in socialized service. This article points out many problems existing in medieal record socialized services, such as some patients overuse the medical record, the possibility give away of the patients＇ privacy and also the quality of medical record administrative staff is not high. Then put forward that improving their quality is the key clement to complete the socialized services work of medical record.
