目的发现死亡证明书网络直报工作中存在的问题,探讨改进方法,提高死因网报工作质量。方法回顾性调查我院西院2007年-2010年944份死因网报数据进行统计分析。结果我院西院死因网络直报率100%,网报合格率96.3%,根本死因正确率98%,死因编码正确率98.3%。结论提高死因网报质量应从建立健全管理制度,加强医师填写质量培训,及网络直报人员专业技能入手,三管齐下,提高死因网报质量。

Objective To discuss and improve the methods and quality of the network report to solve the problems existing in the network report of the Medical Certificate of Death. Methods Conducted a retrospective survey of 944 death network reported data of the west branch of our hospital from 2007 to 2010 for statistical analysis. Results The rate of our hospital Network report is 100%, the rate of passed network report is 96.3%, the rate of accurate essential cause of death is 98%, the rate of correct death coded is 98.3%. Conclusion To improve the death network quality we should es- tablish and perfect the management system, strengthen the quality training of physicians, and improve professional skills of the network reporting staffs. Through these three methods together we can hope to improve the quality of death network report.
