医院病案接口系统的开发应用

The Development and Application of The Hospital Medical Records Interface System

目的为了充分利用计算机网络资源,提高病案信息管理工作效率。方法运用SQL Server和Delphi设计和开发医院信息系统的病案接口系统,通过医院内局域网,按时间段读取和处理与病案首页相关的住院者数据,接收到统计病案系统数据库。结果按最初的设计,顺利地处理和接收了4万多条住院者信息,它已是本院病案室日常必用软件之一。结论本系统充分共享已有的网络数据资源,有效地减少了病案录入人员的工作量,提高了病案信息的质量,是一个较为成功的医院实用系统软件,值得推广和使用。

Objectives To make full use of computer network resources and improve the working efficiency of the medical information management. Methods Use Microsoft SQL server and Borland dalphi to design and develop a medical records interface system. Through the hospital LAN, Reads the hospital information system database and gets the informations of patients discharged from the hospital of the first of cases information pages nearly 40 days, processes and receives to the hospital statistics and medical record management system. Results According to the original design, it processed and received more than 40000 patient information. We must use it every day in our medical record room. Conclusions It fully shares of the existing network data resources. It reduces the medical record entry personnel＇ s workload. It improves the quality of the medical record information. It is a very successful practical system software in hospital. It is valuable to popularity.
