某院恶性肿瘤住院病人情况统计分析

A statistical analysis to the malignant tumour inpatients of a hospital

目的探讨恶性肿瘤住院病人的出院和分布情况,从而为疾病的预防与治疗提供参考数据。方法样本取自某三甲综合医院2006年-2010年所有恶性肿瘤病历28,490例,制成Excel表格对数据进行统计分析。结果恶性肿瘤住院病人中,胃癌病人数最多。恶性肿瘤的费用高于一般住院费用,且药费占比例最高。结论该院的医疗费用较高,特别是药品的费用居高不下,需通过减少平均住院日、降低药费、加大医疗保健范围和医保报销比例来减轻病人医疗经济负担。

Objective To investigate the distribution of malignant tumour inpatients and their leave situation, thus provide reference data to the pre- vention and treatment of diseases. Methods 28490 malignant tumour inpatients were taken from a three integrated hospitals from 2006 to 2010, made these data into an excel table and operated a statistical analysis. Results The number of gastric cancer was the largest among all the malignant turnout inpatients. The expense of the malignant tumour inpatients was obvious high than general inpatients and expense for medicine took the most part. Con- dusion The treatment expense of this hospital is relatively high, expecially for medicine, through decrease average inpatient time, cut down medicine expense, expand the extent of health care and increase its reimbursement to alleviate the burden of patients.
