临床医学生科研工作指导初探

An exploration about the guidance of the medical students in clinical research

目的探索一条适合临床医学专业学生科研工作的指导模式,以提高该专业学生的科研能力和水平。方法本研究拟结合国内外研究生教学模式,参照首都医科大学研究生教学大纲的要求,招募10名医学生作为研究对象。通过指导学生文献阅读、读书会及文献撰写等方式让学生逐渐接触科研,撰写论文。10名未接受培训的医学生作为对照组。结果通过培养10名医学生均能熟练掌握文献检索、撰写论文的方法。已有4名学生撰写出综述,其中一篇已被中华系列杂志接受。结论让医学生早期接触专业论文文献,经过系统指导可明显提高学生的科研能力。

Objective To explore the guidance mode of the clinical research work to improve the professional ability of medical students. Methods In this study, we combined domestic and foreign graduate students＇ teaching mode, referred to the requirements of Capital University graduates＇ teaching program , then made the recruitment of 10 medical students as research subjects. Guiding these students through literature reviewing, reading and writing that will enable students to gradually access to research and writing papers. Ten students did not take part in this training as controls. Re- suits Guiding through the training, the ten students all can skilled grasp the methods of literature research and paper writing. And there are 4 students have written reviews, one of them was submitted by Chinese medical journals. Conclusion Giving students opportunity to get access to professional lit- erature papers by systematic guidance early can improve their scientific research ability.
