93例莫西沙星所致不良反应分析

Analysis of 93 examples' adverse drug reactions caused by Moxifloxacin

目的探讨莫西沙星所致不良反应的特点和规律,为临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法对我院2005年-2011年上报北京市药品不良反应监测中心的93例不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果莫西沙星所致不良反应中最常见的是变态反应占38.7%,其次为神经系统占21%,心血管系统占19.3%,消化系统占12.9%,肌肉反应占4.3%。其中50岁以上的老年患者有58人,占不良反应发生率的62.3%。女性发生药物不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)略高于男性,占不良反应发生率的56.9%。结论临床应重视莫西沙星不良反应的危害性。高龄患者在使用莫西沙星时应慎用,静脉给药时应控制好滴速。

Objective To discuss the characters of adverse drug reactions caused by Moxifloxacin, and provide evidence to safe and reasonable clini- cal use of drugs. Methods Analyze 93 examples＇ adverse drug reaction caused by Moxifloxacin, which are reported to Beijing Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center from 2005 to 2011 of our hospital. Results Among all the adverse drug reactions caused by Moxifioxacin, allergic reaction is taking the most percent as 38.7%, others such as nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and muscle reaction are 21%, 19.3%, 12.9%, 4.3 % respectively, while the number of old patients over 50 years is fifty - eight, taking 62.3 % percent of the adverse drug reactions. And the inci- dence of female patients is a little more than male, taking 56.9 percent of all 93 examples. Conclusion Doctor should attach importance to the harmful- ness of Moxifloxacin in clinical use of drugs, expecially to old patients, and also control its speed of drips while intravenous administration.
