克林澳联合小脑顶核电刺激治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床研究

Clinical study on Cinepazide Maleate Injection combining fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation for treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency

目的观察小脑顶核电刺激联合克林澳治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例老年VBI急性期患者随机分为三组,分别用克林澳注射液、小脑顶核电刺激、克林澳联合小脑顶核电刺激3种方法施治,观察比较治疗效果。结果克林澳联合小脑顶核电刺激治疗比单独施治能显著增加脑血流量,缩短住院疗程,安全性良好。结论克林澳联合小脑顶核电刺激是一种治疗VBI的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Cinepazide Maleate Injection combining fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI）. Methods 120 cases of elderly VBI at acute period were divided into three groups randomly and treated with Cinepazide Maleate Injection alone, fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation alone and Cinepazide Maleate Injection combining fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation,respectively. The clinical efficacy and safety of these treating methods were observed and compared. Results Cinepazide Maleate Injection combining fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation could significantly increase the cerebral blood flow and shortened the hospitalization dura- tion with good safety than using only one of other two methods. Conclusion Cinepazide Maleate Injection combining fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation is an effective method for treating VBI.
