基于酶的直接电化学构建新型的适体传感器用于凝血酶的检测

摘要 基于酶的直接电化学,利用PDDA保护的石墨烯复合物(P-Gra)作为酶的固载基质,并采用纳米金(nano-Au)吸附凝血酶适体,制备出性能良好的适体传感器。通过循环伏安法考察了电极的电化学特性。在最优的条件下,该传感器在凝血酶浓度为0.05~80nmol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检测下限为0.01nmol/L。此外,该传感器制作简单,检测快速,稳定性优良。 Based on direct electrochemistry of enzyme. The PDDA protected graphene composite (P-Gra)was used as a matrix for enzyme, and the thrombin aptamer was modified onto gold nanoparticles colloid (nano-Au) film, so that constructed a good aptasensor. The fabricated procedures and electrochemical behaviors were characterized with cyclic voltammetry. Under optimal conditions, the aptasensor was sensitive to thrombin with a detection limit of 0.01 nmol/L and the linear range was from 0.05 to 80 nmol/L. Moreover, the simplification, rapidity and stability of the prepared aptasensor were acceptable.
