文章概括地介绍了当前国内外用于油罐自动计量的三种系统,通过对三种油罐计量系统特点的分析对比,确定比较适合润滑油行业生产单元用于罐区监控管理的罐区计量系统。重点论述了HTG法油罐计量系统的基本组成和测量原理。根据其测量原理和压力变送器的精度,讨论了油品输转的精度,推导出满足油品调合精度要求的最小油品输转高度。在对当前各类润滑油调合方式进行了系统总结的基础上,从理论和实践上论证HTG法油罐计量系统在油品调合中应用的可行性。
Three types of tank gauging systems used in China and abroad currently are introduced in this article. The tank management and inspection gauging system is confirmed to be used in suitable production unit of lubricant industry by analy- zing and comparing characteristics of the three tank gauging systems. The basic composition and measurement principle of HTG tank gauging system are mainly described. According to the measurement principle and the accuracy of pressure trans- mitter, the accuracy of oil conveying is elaborated and the minimum oil conveying height matched to the accuracy of oil blending is deduced. The feasibility of HTG tank gauging system used in the lubricant blending is elaborated and proved in theory and practice, which is based on the summary of various blending methods.
