摘要
介绍了糠醛消耗的分类,阐述了糠醛非正常消耗的主要途径,认为糠醛消耗主要是非正常消耗即设备泄漏而造成的糠醛跑损、开停工过程中的糠醛损失、糠醛氧化、结焦、裂解造成的变质损失以及由于操作不平稳时精制油、抽出油、脱水塔下水非正常携带造成的糠醛损失等,并通过采取提高脱气塔脱气效果、实施油封操作、加注KQ-1防焦剂、减少糠醛氧化分解损失、降低设备泄漏率、优化开停工方案等措施,可显著降低糠醛消耗,取得了较好的经济效益。
The classification of furfural consumption and the main way of furfural abnormal consumption are described in de- tail in this paper. The furfural abnormal consumption mainly includes the furfural loss caused by equipment leakage as well as the startup and shutdown, the furfural metamorphic loss due to the oxidation, coking and cracking, and the furfural loss caused by non normal carrying of the refined oil, extracted oil or drainage of dehydrating tower under the unstable operation. Practices prove that the furfural consumption can be significantly reduced by improving the degassing effect of degassing tower, taking oil seal operation, injecting KQ - 1, decreasing the loss caused by oxidation and decomposition, reducing the leakage rate of equipment, optimizing the startup and shutdown schemes, and then better benefits can be obtained also.
