The cooperation between colleges and local enterprises is an inevitably development strategy for the local colleges. It is also an innovative idea for practice teaching of management majors. On the cooperation platform, the article puts forward the new ideas that the Department of Management sets up school internship base for practice teaching, starting projects to promote teaching practice and establish labs for both sides. The article analyzes the difference from the traditiomd mode, the feasibility and the security system of implementation as well.
