新形势下中国农村社区学习中心的发展路径探讨

Discussion on Developmental Ways of the Chinese Rural Community Learning Centers under the New Situation

当前中国农村在经济、政治、文化、医疗、教育、科技、人口等方面均呈现出新的形势和变化,农村社区学习中心为了适应变化,可持续发展,需要采取以教育促进农村转型的发展目标,以转变观念为发展前提,以需求唤醒、资源整合为基本原则,通过分层次分目的以及机制改革的发展策略,加强自身能力建设,扩大宣传,建构硬件、制度、网络、队伍等支撑条件的发展路径。

There are the new situation and changes on the economy, politics, culture, medical treatment, education, science and technology and population in Chinese countryside at the present. For the adaption of the new changes in order to develop sustainably, the Community Learning Center （CLC） needs to strengthen its capacity building, enlarge its disseminate, and construct the supporting approaches of its hardwire, institution, network and teamwork, based on the developmental goals of rural transformation through education, the presupposition of changing ideas, the basic principles of awaking needs and mobilizing resources, and the developing strategies of different levels and focusing institution reform.
