随着社会的发展,妇女的解放,越来越多的知识女性参与到社会生活的方方面面,成为推动社会发展的重要力量。然而女性虽然在社会和职场上扮演了越来越多重要的角色,经济上获得了一定的独立,事业取得了一定的成就,但是这并不表明她们和男性一样具有成功感和归属感。女性仍然受着社会经济地位、传统的性别角色规范以及现实的差异和理想的平等之间深刻矛盾的困惑,当代女性的真正解放还有待于女性主体意识的不断增强和人类的真正解放,女性的解放是一个渐进性的历史过程。

Along with the social development and the female liberation, more intellectual women take part in all walks of life and be- come the important force for social development. Despite of the vital roles they played in the society and their occupation, the economic independence, and their career achievements, they do not possess the sense of success and belonging as same as men. Women are still baffled by their social and economic status, traditional standard of gender role, and the contradiction between the ideal equality and the realistic condition. In real terms, the contemporary female liberation is a progressive process in history, demanding the growth of female subiect and the total liberation of human beinas
