当前,财经院校技术经济及管理专业研究生培养模式存在的问题,主要是培养目标定位不准确,培养特色不明显,教学模式有待改进,实践教学环节薄弱,科研能力培养不足等。各高校应准确定位培养目标,凸显人才培养特色;改进教学方法,提高研究生分析和解决问题的能力;重视实践教学,提高研究生实际应用能力和就业竞争力;加强科研训练,培养研究生创新意识和创新能力。同时,各高校还应更新观念,完善制度;加强导师队伍建设;加大实践教学投入力度,从而确保财经院校技术经济及管理专业研究生培养模式改革的顺利进行。

The problems in technology economy and management specialties at finance and economies colleges include the inaccurate po- sitioning of training targets, less prominent training features, improvable teaching modes, weak practical teaching, and insufficient training on students＇ research capability. Colleges and universities should define the exact training target, making the talent cultivation characteris- tics prominent; improve the teaching methods, increasing students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems; focus on practical teaching, en- hancing students＇ application ability and job competitiveness; strengthen research training, fostering students＇ innovation awareness and a- bility. In addition, they should also renew their ideas, complete the systems, boost the construction of tutor teams, and put more effort into practical teaching so as to ensure a smooth mode reform.
